The TMM200 is a resource available for measuring such parameters as propagation delays, rise time, fall time and any other time-related parameter. Because of its wide input levels, the TMM200 is an instrument well suited to test both digital an analog devices. The TMM200 consists of two inputs. On each input, the user may independently select input impedance, trigger level, and slope. It may be armed via program control or by an external signal. The 50 Ohms input allows the user to handle very fast signals that require a control impedance path. The Hi-Z input allows the user to handle large signals and to measure signals from high output impedance devices |
